Vision Plans Only: Our Facility is contracted For Eyeglasses & Contact Lenses. The Eye Examination is inclusive when you use the materials benefits. To schedule your eye exam, you must have material benefits available. Non-Dilated Retinal Imaging is $39 with most plans. See Associate for details.

If you do not have a vision plan or require a diabetic exam, your medical insurance may pay for the exam. Non-Dilated Retinal Imaging is $39. Ask the associate for details. Retinal Imaging provides a broader field than regular dilated exams using a direct ophthalmoscope. 

 

If you have no medical insurance or a vision plan, the eye exam is $165, and the Retinal Imaging is $109. If you purchase complete eyeglasses, the eye exam is reduced to $45, and the imaging costs $39.00 with an optical coupon if available.​​
