Hyperopia
Hyperopia or Farsightedness is usually associated with a small eye. The light of rays enters the eye through the cornea and focuses behind the retina. The optometrist prescribes lenses bringing those rays back into focus at the Retina. Most people with hyperopia see well at distance and blurry at near. There are other types of hyperopia other than anatomical such as accommodative hyperopia mainly caused by defects in the accommodation system of the eye.
