The 20/20 Now Eye physicians provide quality care using high-end technology, allowing us to offer a no-dilation eye exam. This exam evaluates your refractive prescription using an Advanced Refractive System which provides extremely accurate refractive prescriptions, allowing us to provide quality Digital Lenses (HD) for eyeglasses and a superior starting point for customized contact lenses. The eye's health is evaluated without using drops with Soft Puff Tonometers, Anterior Segment Digital Equipment, and a Retinal Imaging System.

John Swift, M.D.

Ophthalmologist

John E. Swift, M.D.  has been a professor at the University of Miami Medical College and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute for almost 45 years.  Dr. Swift is loved by his students and patients. Seeing patients at Florida Optical Services in Fort Myers and his office in Miami has allowed many patients to experience quality care like none other. After more than 45 years of practice, Dr. Swift has decided to take a much-deserved Sabbatical. His patients can continue to see us for eye exams. While we focus on primary eye care, we have made several working relations with several other ophthalmologists to provide expedited care to our patients. We have physicians in almost all ophthalmology specialties.
